This Data Protection Declaration provides users with information on the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of data that is gathered and used by the Responsible Party.
The legal framework for data protection is created by the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EU (General Data Protection Regulation), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Recording of General information
Each time this website is accessed, we and the web space provider automatically record information. This information, also known as server log files, is general in nature and does not allow any trace to your personal identification.
Among other things, the data collected includes: name of the website, file, date, data volume, web browser and browser version, operating system, domain name of your Internet provider, referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our website) and IP address.
Without this data it would not be technically possible to deliver and present the website content. For this reason, the collection of data is necessary. In addition, we collect the anonymous information for statistical purpose which enables us to optimize our online offering as well as the technology we use. Furthermore, in the case of suspicions of the illegal use of our offering, we reserve the right to retrospectively monitor the log files.

When you contact us using the online form or by sending an e-mail, we store the information you have provided in order to be able to respond to your request and to be able to contact you if any further questions arise.
Inclusion of third-party services and content
Our offering also includes the content, services and benefits of other providers. These include, for example, maps provided by Google Maps, YouTube videos as well as graphics and images from other websites. Transmission of the IP address is required so that the data can be accessed and correctly displayed in the user’s browser. Therefore, the service providers (hereinafter referred to as "third parties”) also receive the respective user’s IP address.
Even if we strive to exclusively use third parties who use IP addresses for supplying content only, we have no influence over whether or not these are stored. This can occur, among other reasons, for statistical purposes. Whenever we become aware that IP addresses have been stored, we notify our users thereof.
